Anindiana is involved in many national and international transactions. Several projects handled by Anindiana in the investment sector are direct and indirect investment, through merger & acquisition or capital market, including but not limited to joint venture, restructuring, secondary offering, right issue, and private placement. As for financing transactions, Anindiana is experienced in both bilateral, syndication or club deal. In trading, Anindiana is entrusted to give advice to manufacture, import, export, trading, and licensing procedure and also give regulatory advice on goods, series and trade policy. Meanwhile, in the industrial practice, her exposures include assisting the client with regulatory advice on the sector of natural resources, healthcare, forestry, automotive, palm plantation, and tourism.
Anindiana is experienced in advising the largest automobile manufacturer company for commercial vehicles in India, in its investment and joint venture arrangement, assisting divestment and pre-initial public offering process of one of the largest Indonesia entertainment companies, assisting in steel manufacturer establishment and its various business deals in Indonesia, advising the only one State Owned Enterprise of Republic of Indonesia engaged in security and money printing in its joint venture arrangement with Switzerland company, acting in divestment project through the secondary public offering in Indonesian Stock Exchange, advising lead arranger in loan syndication transaction, and advising the financing of various industrial project.

Anindiana has been actively assisted the managing partner of the firm in KADIN and APINDO in regards to Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) negotiations between Indonesia and selected developed countries.
