Endraswari E. Sayekti




Since joining Bahar in 2016, Endraswari has been focusing in Investment, Trade, Tourism and Industry. For the investment sector, she has handled direct and indirect investments through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, and private placement. For trade sector, Endraswari advised on import and export licensing procedures and provided regulatory advice on goods, services and trade policy. For tourism and industry sector, she advised development of first tourism infrastructures in eastern part of Indonesia, financing for Indonesia’s first integrated industrial estate, and involved in one of Indonesian SOEs' biggest restructuring plan. Aside from the abovementioned, she also has been involved in Indonesia’s first Light Rail Transit project, acquisition of PT Lintas Marga Sedaya as Indonesia’s longest toll road operator, and involved in preparation of Indonesia’s first study on eHealth.

Prior to joining Bahar, Endraswari joined an internship program organized by a Malaysian affiliated law firm and represented Indonesia in the International Moot Court competition. During her time at Bahar, she represents the firm in SwissCham and supports KADIN’s International Committee relating to investment and trade matters, including on several FTA discussions and preparation of KADIN’s study to develop Indonesia’s investment and export.
