Felicia Madeline




Felicia is currently a part of Infrastructure Practice Group. She has directly handled high profile M&A and project finance projects in our firm. Her role involves structuring and advising, providing legal due diligence and opinion, drafting transaction documents, and assisting the execution of transaction. She is familiar in working with various types of transaction structure and loan (senior, mezzanine, and subordinated loan). Felicia is also well-experienced in handling Islamic financing, foreign investment, capital market, good corporate governance, and company restructuring. Under Infrastructure Practice Group, her area of expertise is power, water supply and gas supply.


Felicia has assisted a toll road holding company as buyer in IDR 4 trillion 2-steps acquisition of effective ownership of Cikopo – Palimanan toll road, the longest toll road in Indonesia, handled the first sharia syndicated financing for infrastructure project in Indonesia for Soreang – Pasir Koja toll road, assisted the first and the largest Islamic bank in Indonesia in issuance of Islamic medium term notes and various corporate matters on retainer basis, reviewing power purchase agreement (PPA) and back-to-back gas sales agreements (GSA) for a private non-bank financial institution under Ministry of Finance, and advised the largest state-owned telecommunication group company in Indonesia in reorganizing its internal policies and transaction process.

Felicia found her passion in lawyering where she enjoys to be constantly challenged with complicated files and transactions, which require deep understanding, creativity, and problem-solving skills. In handling each of her files, Felicia has a client-minded approach. She always tries to put herself in her client’s situation and think in best interest of her client. With a problem-solving mind, she is able to resolve any issues within a transaction or any given situation.
